Røros Knekks is a griddle-baked crispbread made with spent grain – dried, malted barley from the brewing process at Røros Bryggeri. The crackers are crispy but not too hard, with a mild, well-balanced flavor that pairs perfectly with cheese and spreads.

Delicious on their own or with a touch of authentic Røros butter.
