How it works
Step 1
Select flight
Choose which airport you want to pick up the goods, and whether you need to pick up on departure or arrival. We have a different selection depending on the airport. Therefore it is important that you choose the airport before you put things in the basket!
Step 2
We pack your order for pick up time
Once you've found the items you want to pick up at the airport, we'll need some information about you. Once you have found the items you wish to pick up at the airport, we will need some information from you. Please provide your arrival time and date, name, email, and phone number. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation verifies that your order has been received and is being processed.
Step 3
Pick up your favorites at the airport
We have dedicated counters exclusively for Click & Collect. These are well-marked at the store's exit. Once your items are packed and ready in the selected store at the airport, you will receive an SMS with a pickup code. Upon arrival at the store, provide the pickup code from the SMS on a screen at the Click & Collect counter.

Do you need someone to shop for you at Tax Free? Order your favourites with Click & collect. You're guaranteed to get the right products from the airport.
Useful tip
You can easily remove or add items to your order in the Click & collect checkout in store. Just bring the item(s) you want in addition to your reserved order.
