Complaint

I want to compaint on a product or return an item - what do I have to do?

Send us an email with photos of the damage/defects/discrepancies along with a photo of the receipt, alternatively the transaction details from online banking or the order number on your order to kundeservice@tax-free.no and we will help you.

In the event of a product complaint, the product must be returnable in approximately the same quantity and condition as when purchased.
