For 100g of finished product, 160g of deer meat (37%), pork and beef, lard, salt, blueberries, irradiated spices (including black pepper, allspice and cardamom), starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid E300, sodium ascorbate E301), preservative (sodium nitrite E250).
