Tind Cured Sausage with Mushroom

This cured sausage has a distinct flavor of chanterelle and mushroom, balanced with hints of juniper berries and black pepper. It is perfect for all types of cured meat platters. Like all TIND products, it has a low content of salt (4.7 g) and fat (29 g).

For 100 g of finished product, 143 g of pork and beef, salt, mushroom mix (2%) (chanterelle, mushroom, chanterelle flavour, rapeseed oil), irradiated spices, starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid E300, sodium ascorbate E301), preservative (sodium nitrite E250).
