It is labeled with the specialty mark, which guarantees, among other things, the use of fresh Norwegian ingredients.

For 100g of finished product, 145g of elk meat (37%), pork and beef, lard, salt, irradiated spices (incl. juniper berries and chives), starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid E300, sodium ascorbate E301), preservative (sodium nitrite E250).
