Epledram 6666

Epledrammen from Balholm is made of 20 different apple varieties. They have used the whole apple with pulp and peel which gives a distinct apple aroma. The spirit is ageing in French oak barrels which gives a nice oak touch together with the apple aroma. Enjoyed as an aquavit for light meat or as an avec for various desserts.
