Bitter & Aperitif

Bitter is a neutral alcohol infused with herbs, spices, botanicals, roots, tree bark and fruits to name a few ingredients. What all bitters have in common is that the resulting product is sharp and bitter. Several different countries produce bitter, including Denmark, Germany and Norway. A bitter can be enjoyed alone or used mixed in drinks and cocktails.
