Lysholm Trondhjemsaquavit

Medium golden colour. Pronounced aromas of caraway, citrus and cask. Slightly sweet, medium-bodied and intense aquavit with warming alcohol and long finish. Serve neat and at room temperature with foods like traditional Norwegian dishes and Christmas dishes, or in cocktails like Complement Cocktail, Swedish 60, Fjellbekk and Nordic Snapper. The aquavit was launched in connection to the celebration of Trondheim’s thousand year jubilee. 36 months of maturing has moved this aquavit away from being a traditional contribution to food, to an aquavit that can be easily enjoyed after the dinner as well.
