Hazy and pale brown appearance. Medium intense aromas of malt, flowers, hops and herbs. Medium-bodied and intense beer with high bite, high bitterness and a long finish. Suitable for: Simple warm-dishes such as poultry and cheese, oven baked chicken, semi-soft pasteurised cheese.
