Clear and pale brown appearance. Pronounced aromas of malt, citrus, hops and honey. Medium-bodied and intense beer with medium bite, high bitterness and a long finish. Suitable for: Flavourful and rich warm-dishes and cheeses such as game with fat/creamy condiments, mutton, semi-soft pasteurised cheese.
