Complex, medium-bodied, lightly sweet taste of orange marmalade, sherry, licorice root, star anise, and mild caraway. Long aftertaste with spices. Intense aroma of nuts, vanilla, grated orange, and cardamom. Light golden in color. Serve neat and at room temperature with traditional Norwegian dishes and Christmas food.
